What earns eligibility
Complete every required task in the current curriculum while signed in. Eligibility uses server-owned completion keys from graded course practice. The current catalog contains 92 lessons and 294 required tasks; the account service confirms the actual version and counts before issuance.
Local browser progress, projects, diagnostic results, review outcomes and XP totals do not satisfy missing course tasks. A current subscription is not required to issue a credential for already recorded qualifying completion.
View certificate eligibilityChoose what becomes public
Issuance requires a display name and explicit public consent. The name is supplied by you; it is not a verified legal-name claim. Read the disclosure before confirming.
A valid public lookup shows the credential ID, display name, Excel Practice course title, Kinori Labs issuer, curriculum version and counts, issue date, completion date when recorded, completion basis and qualification limits. It does not publish your email, profile, answers, XP or billing history.
Versions and revocation
Each credential pins the course version and requirements snapshot at issuance. Its issue date and snapshot stay fixed when tasks are later appended. New certificates also retain a separately recorded course completion date. Older certificates with no completion-date record show their issue date without inventing an earlier date. The account keeps ownership history across course versions.
You can revoke your public credential from your account. Revocation is permanent for that ID and removes the name from its public response. A later eligible issuance uses a new ID. To change a published name, revoke the existing current-version credential before issuing again.
Share the actual verification URL so a reader can check the current registry status. A printed copy or screenshot cannot establish that a credential remains valid.
Describe it accurately
Use “Excel Practice course completion, issued by Kinori Labs” with the actual issue date and verification link after issuance. The course permits hints and repeated practice. Completion is not a proctored identity test, accredited qualification or Microsoft certification.
Employer verification instructions explain valid, revoked and missing records. Role-based examples and original downloadable workbooks help you describe the specific work you have practised.
