Using Excel Practice

Excel Practice provides browser-based spreadsheet lessons and exercises for learning and practice. Some material is available without payment; additional course access may require a purchase. The workbook supports the features taught in the course and is not a complete replacement for Microsoft Excel. Course completion is not a professional certification or a guarantee of employment, examination results or proficiency.

You may use the service for your own learning. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse its features, or copy and redistribute the course as your own product.

Accounts and progress

You are responsible for access to the email or Google account you use to sign in. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Practice saved only in your browser may be lost if you clear browser data or change devices. Sign in to save supported progress to your account.

Plans and payments

The plans available to you, their prices, currency and billing intervals are shown before you pay. Stripe processes checkout. You authorize the payment for the plan you choose, including applicable taxes shown at checkout. A one-time plan is charged once; a subscription renews automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until cancelled.

For a subscription, your payment method may be charged at each renewal. You can cancel future renewal through the available billing management link or contact us for help. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues for the paid period unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.

Billing questions and refunds

If you have a problem with a charge, purchase or course access, please contact us and include the email used at checkout and your receipt reference if available. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Any refund or remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any terms shown to you at purchase. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.

Changes and availability

We may update lessons, features and these terms as the service develops. We may also temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or security. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes. If you have an active subscription, any change to its price or billing will be communicated as required by law and the applicable billing terms.

Service limitations

We work to keep Excel Practice useful and available, but errors or interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
